Donation FAQs

  1. How do I make a monetary donation to The ROUND PANTRY?

Monetary donations can be made in several ways:

    — Checks should include "The ROUND PANTRY" in the memo line and be mailed to the church office:

Westview Presbyterian Church - The ROUND PANTRY

    1500 Hover St.
    Longmont, CO 80501-2465

    — Cash donations should only be given in person during The ROUND PANTRY hours. Donations from volunteers may be accepted at the Volunteer Registration Desk (in the Outreach Place). Donations from Shoppers can be accepted by a Volunteer Crew Chief (at this time, shoppers are not allowed in the church buildings).

    — Credit card donations are accepted at the church website; you can click here. Clicking on the "Give Now" button in the upper right of any web page will take you directly to the donations page. Look for “The ROUND PANTRY,” enter the amount and press the “Continue” button.

    — FOUNDATION DIRECTED FUNDING such as LCF is gratefully accepted by The ROUND PANTRY.

    — Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) can be directed to Westview Presbyterian Church - The ROUND PANTRY. Check with your tax professional.

Letters of acknowledgement (that can be used for tax purposes) will be sent from the Office. A handwritten thank you note will also be sent.

  2. How do I make a food donation?

    — Non-perishable food donations can be brought directly to The ROUND PANTRY on the second or fourth Monday and Tuesday mornings of each month. Enter from the Westview Presbyterian Church north parking lot, off 16th Ave. and enter the Fellowship Hall via the ramp. Or place food in a shopping cart at the end of the ramp.

    — Donated foods should be in good condition, unopened, and within their “use by” period.

    — Donated foods must be non-perishable.

    — If you have perishable foods you would like to donate, please contact us first at roundpantry@westviewpres.org.

    — Donors who provide their names and addresses will receive a letter of acknowledgement from the church office and a thank you note.
